These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wild Wings And Trails website and participation in our tours and services. By accessing our website or booking a tour, you agree to these Terms, which are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

1. Services

Wild Wings And Trails offers guided bird watching, hiking tours, and related services in Sri Lanka. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate in our tours.
• You agree to provide accurate information when booking or contacting us.
• You are responsible for your own safety and must follow the instructions of our guides at all times.
• Respect local wildlife, environment, and communities during tours.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment as specified on our website or by our staff.
• Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may be subject to change.
• We accept payments via approved methods only. All payment information is handled securely.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date may not be eligible for a refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

5. Liability

• Participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks. Wild Wings And Trails is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during tours, except where required by Sri Lankan law.
• Participants are responsible for their own health, insurance, and personal belongings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Wild Wings And Trails or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
